How To Earn Points

It’s easy to earn PACIFICPOINTS every day. Earn points while shopping, gassing up and paying your IT&E subscription on time. Become an elite member and earn points faster!

PACIFICPOINTS

Refer your friends and earn PACIFICPOINTS! 100 points will be credited to your account after your friend’s 1st points earning transaction at any of our Partner Merchants.

SHELL

Gas up at Shell and present your PACIFICPOINTS virtual or physical card at the counter.
Earn one (1) point for every $1 spent at any Shell stations in Guam and CNMI.

FOODY’S

Shop at Foody’s and present your PACIFICPOINTS virtual or physical card at the counter.
Earn one (1) point for every $1 spent at any Foody’s.

IT&E

Earn points at IT&E every time you pay your Postpaid or Internet bill, or when you activate Prepaid load!
Starting February 1, 2023, earn 1 point for every $1 bill payment on your wireless plan on a 12- or 24-month agreement, month-to-month wireless plan, 3-Service Internet Bundle (CNMI only), 2-Service Internet Bundle (CNMI only) or for every $1 of Prepaid load activated.
Only one PACIFICPOINTS account is allowed for every main IT&E account. Available for residential accounts in Guam and the CNMI only. Account must be current with no overdue balance and bill payment must be made before or by the due date to earn points.
To earn and redeem points on a Postpaid or Internet account, PACIFICPOINTS account must be linked to IT&E account. There are 4 different ways to link your PACIFICPOINTS and IT&E account:
  1. Log in to your PACIFICPOINTS account and update your profile with your IT&E Account Number.
  2. Log in to your your IT&E Online Billing under "Product & Services." Select "IT&E Rewards" from the drop-down list.
  3. Text PP <space> <PACIFICPOINTS ACCOUNT NUMBER> (Example: PP 1234567890123456) to 3282 using your IT&E mobile number.
  4. Contact IT&E Customer Service via live chat onlineor by calling (671) 922-4483[Guam] | (670) 682-4483[CNMI]. 
To earn and redeem points on a Prepaid Account, PACIFICPOINTS account must be linked to IT&E Prepaid number. To link accounts, text PP <space> <PACIFICPOINTS ACCOUNT NUMBER> to 3282.

Good To Go

Rack up your points while you enjoy delivery from over 100 of your favorite Guam restaurants with Good To Go.
Earn 50 PACIFICPOINTS from every successful delivery made on the Good To Go We Deliver website or mobile app.
Here’s how to earn PACIFICPOINTS for every Good To Go order:
  1. Sign up for a free Good To Go account on their mobile app or website.
  2. Link your Good To Go email address and PACIFICPOINTS accounts by updating your profile on the PACIFICPOINTS app or website. You may only link one (1) Good To Go account for every PACIFICPOINTS account.
  3. You will receive an email notification from PACIFICPOINTS upon successful linking of your Good To Go and PACIFICPOINTS accounts.
  4. Visit the Good To Go mobile app or website to shop and place your order. Upon successful order delivery your 50 points will be awarded to your PACIFICPOINTS account within twenty-four (24) hours from the order transaction date.
