• Redemption is open to all active PACIFICPOINTS members.
• Members can use their points to redeem these vouchers from the Choose Rewards page in the Member's Portal or Mobile App from March 18, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
• Points used to redeem the vouchers are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash, store credits, or other goods and services.
• Cancellation of redeemed vouchers or rewards is not allowed.
• There is no limit on the number of voucher redemptions a member can make as long as the member has enough points balance.

• Voucher is valid from March 18, 2026 – January 31, 2027.
• To claim the Don Don Donki Gift Voucher, present the voucher at the Customer Service Counter of Don Don Donki from March 18, 2026– January 31, 2027.
• Voucher is valid for one (1) time use only.
• Use of the voucher is not eligible for earning points.
• Members may gift the voucher to their families and friends. Members just need to send them the screenshot of this voucher or the copy of email notification from PACIFICPOINTS which includes the voucher details, QR code and barcode.
• Once voucher is exchanged for the physical Don Don Donki Gift Voucher, the Don Don Donki Gift Voucher expires on March 31, 2027 and is valid for one (1) time use only. Use of the Don Don Donki Gift Voucher is subject to Don Don Donki’s Terms and Conditions.
• PACIFICPOINTS and Don Don Donki shall not be held liable for the loss of any Don Don Donki Gift Voucher.
• Any abuse or fraud with respect to registration, earning, and redemption of points under the Program will result in the cancellation of the Card Members’ participation in the Program, cancellation of the Card, and revocation of points or return of redeemed Rewards (or its reasonable compensation thereto).
