Winners will be contacted at the phone number and/or email address registered with their PACIFICPOINTS Member Account. Winners will be given 7 days to respond to the notification. If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly selected.

Promo Terms and Conditions

  • Promo is open to all Guam residents with a PACIFICPOINTS account.

  • Promo is valid from February 9, 2026 until March 8, 2026.

  • Eligible members will receive one (1) electronic raffle entry with every purchase of one (1) Hostess product or five (5) raffle entries with every purchase of three (3) or more Hostess products (any flavor in assortment) while scanning their PACIFICPOINTS at any Foody’s Guam location.

  • Raffle entries will be awarded to customers who scanned their PACIFICPOINTS card (virtual or physical) during the time of transaction. Should the customer forget to scan the PACIFICPOINTS card, the transaction will not earn raffle entries.

  • All entries will be entered electronically.

  • Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw on each of the following dates:

    • • One (1) winner on February 16, 2026 for transactions made from February 09, 2026 (12:00 AM) – February 15, 2026 (11:59PM)

    • One (1) winner on February 23, 2026 for transactions made from February 16, 2026 (12:00 AM) – February 22, 2026 (11:59PM)

    • One (1) winner on March 02, 2026 for transactions made from February 23, 2026 (12:00 AM) – March 01, 2026 (11:59PM)

    • One (1) winner on March 09, 2026 for transactions made from March 02, 2026 (12:00 AM) – March 08, 2026 (11:59PM)

  • By entering and participating in the promotion and accepting the prizes, entrants and winners agree to indemnify and hold IP&E, the Shell Stations of Guam, Pacific Grocers, and its participating sponsors, affiliates, and advertising agencies harmless; and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind relating to any accident, loss, injury, or death occurring in connection with this promotion or in any way related to the awarding and acceptance of the prizes or use/misuse thereof, or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use the prize.

  • Eligible members must be 18-years or older to win. In the event the winner of the drawing is a minor (defined as a person under 18 years of age at the time of the drawing), the prize will be awarded to the minor only upon presentation / submission of a written consent by a parent or guardian.

  • IP&E, the Shell Stations of Guam and Pacific Grocers shall not be responsible for late, lost, or damaged PACIFICPOINTS Cards or App electronic issues

  • IP&E and Pacific Grocers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this promotion without further notice. IP&E and Pacific Grocers reserve the right to interpret the rules of this promotion. IP&E and Pacific Grocers reserve the right to substitute the prize(s) without further notice.

  • IP&E, the Shell Stations of Guam and Pacific Grocers shall not be responsible for entries not received due to any electronic technicality outside of IP&E’s control.

  • No purchase necessary. For a free entry, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: IP&E Guam, Promotions Department, 590 S. Marine Corps Dr. Ste 800 Tamuning, Guam 96913-3531.

  • All raffle winners will be contacted with the phone number and/or email address registered with their PACIFICPOINTS Member Account. If there is no response within 7 days after the notification, another name will be pulled, and the original winner will forfeit their prize. Members that do not provide and update their contact information in their PACIFICPOINTS account will not be eligible to win.

  • Winner(s) must present himself or herself at the IP&E Guam office at a scheduled time.

  • Winner must be able to provide proof of identification by presenting a valid photo ID along with their PACIFICPOINTS ID to be able to claim the prize. Persons not able to provide valid proof of identity will be disqualified.

  • Acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s permission for IP&E’s use of the winner’s name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

  • Awarded prizes may not be exchanged and is not transferable.

  • IP&E is not responsible for any lost or stolen prize(s) after winners have redeemed their prize(s).

  • Any abuse or fraud with respect to transactions under the will result in the cancellation of the Card Members’ participation in this promotion.

  • Employees of IP&E, the Shell Stations of Guam, and Pacific Grocers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising promotions agencies, agents and their immediate families (which shall include individuals living within the same household) are not eligible to enter or win a prize in this promotion.
