• Promo is open to all Guam residents with a valid driver’s license and active PACIFICPOINTS account.
• Promo is valid from November 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025.
• PACIFICPOINTS members will receive one (1) electronic raffle entry with every cash purchase of $30 in Shell V-Power, FuelSave, and Diesel while scanning their PACIFICPOINTS at any Shell station in Guam. Raffle entries are awarded with every $30 fuel transaction calculated after all fuel discounts are applied in a single transaction.
• Customers who signed up and activated a new PACIFICPOINTS account during the promo period will earn three (3) electronic raffle entries.
• Raffle entries will be awarded to customers who scanned their PACIFICPOINTS card (virtual or physical) during the time of transaction. Should the customer forget to scan the PACIFICPOINTS card, they will not earn raffle entry for the specific transaction.
• All entries will be entered electronically. Members will receive SMS and/or email notification on the total number of accumulated raffle entries before the scheduled raffle draw.
• Purchases of Shell V-Power, FuelSave, and Diesel are included in this promotion.
• Pay with PACIFICPOINTS, voucher redemptions, and IP&E Fleet card transaction purchases do not qualify to participate in this promotion. Promotion is valid for cash-paying members only. The definition of cash is payment via monetary currency, credit cards, debit cards, or gift certificates.
• Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw on each of the following dates:

• By entering and participating in the promotion and accepting the prizes, entrants and winners agree to indemnify and hold IP&E, the Shell Stations of Guam, and its participating sponsors, affiliates, and advertising agencies harmless; and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind relating to any accident, loss, injury, or death occurring in connection with this promotion or in any way related to the awarding and acceptance of the prizes or use/misuse thereof, or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use the prize.
• Eligible members must be 18-years or older to win. In the event the winner of the drawing is a minor (defined as a person under 18 years of age at the time of the drawing), the prize will be awarded to the minor only upon presentation / submission of a written consent by a parent or guardian.
• PACIFICPOINTS members are eligible to only win once during the entire promo period. Should the member have been drawn twice, the higher price will be awarded
• IP&E and the Shell Stations of Guam and its Partners in this promotion shall not be responsible for late, lost, or damaged PACIFICPOINTS Cards or App electronic issues.
• IP&E reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this promotion without further notice. IP&E reserves the right to interpret the rules of this promotion. IP&E reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) without further notice.
• IP&E and the Shell Stations of Guam shall not be responsible for entries not received due to any electronic technicality outside of IP&E’s control.

• All raffle winners will be contacted with the phone number and/or email address registered with their PACIFICPOINTS Member Account. If there is no response within 7 days after the notification, another name will be pulled, and the original winner will forfeit their prize. Customers that do not provide and update their contact information in their PACIFICPOINTS account will not be eligible to win.
• Winner(s) must present himself or herself at the IP&E Guam office at a scheduled time.
• Winner must be able to provide proof of identification by presenting a valid photo ID along with their PACIFICPOINTS ID to be able to claim the prize. Persons not able to provide valid proof of identity will be disqualified.
• Acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s permission for IP&E’s use of the winner’s name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
• Awarded prizes may not be exchanged and is not transferable.
• The winner of the 2025 Toyota Tacoma Pre Runner Double Cab SR5 vehicle shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the registration, licensing, insurance, and any applicable taxes, fees, or documentation costs required to take possession of the vehicle. IP&E will not cover or reimburse any of these expenses. The winner must complete all necessary registration and documentation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations before taking the vehicle. Failure to pay any required fees or complete the necessary documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
• Winners shall be responsible for reporting and payment of all applicable taxes and shall also be responsible for completing all necessary tax forms required by IP&E.
• IP&E is not responsible for any lost or stolen prize(s) after winners have redeemed their prize(s).
• Any abuse or fraud with respect to transactions under the will result in the cancellation of the Customer’s participation in this promotion.
• Employees of IP&E, Shell Stations of Guam, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising promotions agencies, agents and their immediate families (which shall include individuals living within the same household) are not eligible to enter or win a prize in this promotion.
