1. Visit any Shell Station on Guam and pay at the pump. You’ll earn one (1) electronic raffle entry for every $30 fuel transaction.

2. Scan your PACIFICPOINTS physical or virtual membership card at the pump at the time of purchase.

3. Watch your PACIFICPOINTS balance and your chances to win grow.

Once you enter, you’ll be receiving weekly SMS notifications starting November 7, 2023 about the number of entries you have. You may also call (671) 922-5555 to check your number of entries.

In addition to earning raffle entries to win, with every Shell fuel purchase you’ll also earn PACIFICPOINTS that can be redeemed for more free Shell fuel, United MileagePlus Miles, Foody’s Guam items, and IT&E bill rebates.

4. Raffle entries will be awarded to customers who scanned their PACIFICPOINTS card (virtual or physical) at Pay at the Pump during the time of transactions. Should the customer forget to scan the PACIFICPOINTS card, transaction will not earn raffle entries.

5. All entries will be entered electronically. Members with mobile number linked to their PACIFICPOINTS profile will receive a weekly SMS notification starting November 7, 2023 on the total number of accumulated raffle entries. Customer can also call the PACIFICPOINTS Hotline (671) 922-5555 to find out how many raffle entries they have accumulated with their fuel purchases.

6. Purchases of Shell V-Power, Regular Fuel, and Diesel are included in this promotion as long as paid using the new Pay at the Pump feature in Shell. Any transactions paid through the cashier counters are not eligible to earn raffle entries.

7. Pay with PACIFICPOINTS, voucher redemptions, and IP&E Fleet card transaction purchases do not qualify to participate in this promotion. Promotion is valid for cash-paying members only. 10. All raffle winners will be contacted with the phone number and/or email address registered with their PACIFICPOINTS Member Account. If there is no response within 3 days after the notification, another name will be pulled, and the original winner will forfeit their prize.

11. Eligible members must be 18-years or older to win. In the event the winner of the drawing is a minor (defined as a person under 18 years of age at the time of the drawing), the prize will be awarded to the minor only upon presentation / submission of a written consent by a parent or guardian.
