• Promo is open to all Guam residents with a PACIFICPOINTS account.
• Promo is valid from February 01, 2026 until February 28, 2026.
• Eligible members will receive one (1) electronic raffle entry with every $5 purchase of OKF Sparkling Drink (any flavor) while scanning their PACIFICPOINTS at any Foody’s Guam location.
• Raffle entries will be awarded to customers who scanned their PACIFICPOINTS card (virtual or physical) during the time of transaction. Should the customer forget to scan the PACIFICPOINTS card, the transaction will not earn raffle entries.
• All entries will be entered electronically.
• Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw on each of the following dates:

• One (1) winner on February 10, 2026 for transactions made from February 01, 2026 (12:00 AM) – February 07, 2026 (11:59PM)

• One (1) winner on February 17, 2026 for transactions made from February 08, 2026 (12:00 AM) – February 14, 2026 (11:59PM)

• One (1) winner on February 24, 2026 for transactions made from February 15, 2026 (12:00 AM) – February 21, 2026 (11:59PM)

• All raffle winners will be contacted with the phone number and/or email address registered with their PACIFICPOINTS Member Account. If there is no response within 7 days after the notification, another name will be pulled, and the original winner will forfeit their prize. Members that do not provide and update their contact information in their PACIFICPOINTS account will not be eligible to win.
• Winner(s) must present himself or herself at the IP&E Guam office at a scheduled time.
• Winner must be able to provide proof of identification by presenting a valid photo ID along with their PACIFICPOINTS ID to be able to claim the prize. Persons not able to provide valid proof of identity will be disqualified.
• Acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s permission for IP&E’s use of the winner’s name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
• Awarded prizes may not be exchanged and is not transferable.
• IP&E is not responsible for any lost or stolen prize(s) after winners have redeemed their prize(s).
• Any abuse or fraud with respect to transactions under the will result in the cancellation of the Card Members’ participation in this promotion.
