1. Promo is open to all Guam and Saipan residents with a valid driver’s license.

2. Promo is valid from March 1 until May 31, 2024.

3. Eligible members will receive one (1) electronic raffle entry with every cash purchase of $30 in Shell V-Power, Shell Unleaded, and Diesel while scanning their PACIFICPOINTS at any Shell station in Guam and Saipan. Raffle entries are awarded with every $30 fuel transaction calculated after all fuel discounts are applied.

4. Transactions at Pay at the Pump will receive two (2) electronic raffle entries for every $30 fuel transaction.

5. New PACIFICPOINTS sign-ups will receive five (5) electronic raffle entries after their first minimum fuel transaction of $30. One-time additional five (5) electronic raffle entries will be added to the total transaction entries.

6. Raffle entries will be awarded to customers who scanned their PACIFICPOINTS card (virtual or physical) during the time of transaction. Should the customer forget to scan the PACIFICPOINTS card, the transaction will not earn raffle entries.

7. All entries will be entered electronically. Members with mobile number linked to their PACIFICPOINTS profile will receive SMS notification on the total number of accumulated raffle entries before the scheduled raffle draw.

8. Purchases of Shell V-Power, Regular Fuel, and Diesel are included in this promotion.

9. Pay with PACIFICPOINTS, voucher redemptions, and IP&E Fleet card transaction purchases do not qualify to participate in this promotion. Promotion is valid for cash-paying members only. The definition of cash is payment via monetary currency, credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, or gift certificates.

10. Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw on each of the following dates:

• Two (2) winners on April 3, 2024 for Shell transactions made from March 1, 2024 (12:00AM) to March 31, 2024 (11:59PM).

• Two (2) winners on May 3, 2024 for Shell transactions made from April 1, 2024 (12:00AM) to April 30, 2024 (11:59PM).

• Six (6) winners on June 5, 2024 for Shell transactions made from May 1, 2024 (12:00AM) to May 31, 2024 (11:59PM).

11. By entering and participating in the promotion and accepting the prizes, entrants and winners agree to indemnify and hold IP&E, the Shell Stations of Guam and Saipan and its participating sponsors, affiliates, and advertising agencies harmless; and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind relating to any accident, loss, injury, or death occurring in connection with this promotion or in any way related to the awarding and acceptance of the prizes or use/misuse thereof, or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use the prize.

12. Eligible members must be 18-years or older to win. In the event the winner of the drawing is a minor (defined as a person under 18 years of age at the time of the drawing), the prize will be awarded to the minor only upon presentation / submission of a written consent by a parent or guardian.

13. IP&E and the Shell Stations of Guam and its Partners in this promotion shall not be responsible for late, lost, or damaged PACIFICPOINTS Cards or App electronic issues.

14. IP&E reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this promotion without further notice. IP&E reserves the right to interpret the rules of this promotion. IP&E reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) without further notice.

15. IP&E and the Shell Stations of Guam shall not be responsible for entries not received due to any electronic technicality outside of IP&E’s control.

17. All raffle winners will be contacted with the phone number and/or email address registered with their PACIFICPOINTS Member Account. Members that do not provide and update their contact information in their PACIFICPOINTS account will not be eligible to win.

18. Winner(s) must present himself or herself with the IP&E Guam or Saipan office at a scheduled time.

19. Winner must be able to provide proof of identification by presenting a valid photo ID along with their PACIFICPOINTS ID to be able to claim the prize. Persons not able to provide valid proof of identity will be disqualified.

20. Acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s permission for IP&E’s use of the winner’s name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

21. Awarded prizes may not be exchanged and is not transferable.

22. Winners shall be responsible for reporting and payment of all applicable taxes and shall also be responsible for completing all necessary tax forms required by IP&E.

23. IP&E is not responsible for any lost or stolen prize(s) after winners have redeemed their prize(s).

24. Any abuse or fraud with respect to transactions under the will result in the cancellation of the Card Members’ participation in this promotion.
