Redemption Mechanics

  • Redemption is open to all active PACIFICPOINTS members.

  • Members can use their points to redeem this voucher from the Choose Rewards page in the Member's Portal or Mobile App from February 20, 2026 through August 31, 2026

  • Points used to redeem this voucher is not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash, store credits, or other goods and services.

  • Cancellation of redeemed vouchers or rewards is not allowed.

  • There is no limit on the number of voucher redemption as long as the member has enough points balance.
Voucher Mechanics
  • Voucher is valid from February 20, 2026 through September 30, 2026.

  • To claim your reward, present the voucher when you spend a minimum of $10.00 at any participating Hotel Nikko Guam dining establishment listed below:

    • • Benkay Japanese Restaurant

    • Magellan Buffet Restaurant

    • Toh-Lee Chinese Restaurant

  • Voucher is valid for one (1) time use only.

  • Voucher is redeemable through dine-in and take-out (where applicable) and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotions.

  • Use of voucher is not eligible for earning of points.

  • Members may gift the voucher to their families and friends. Members just need to send them the screenshot of this voucher or the copy of email notification from PACIFICPOINTS which includes the voucher details, QR code and barcode.

  • Any abuse or fraud with respect to registration, earning, and redemption of rewards under the Program will result in the cancellation of the Card Members participation in the Program, cancellation of the Card, and revocation of points or return of redeemed Rewards (or its reasonable compensation thereto).
