2. Promo is valid from November 6, 2023 until December 31, 2023.

3. Members will receive electronic raffle entries from the eligible transactions.

4. Raffle entries from points earning transactions will be awarded to customers who scanned their PACIFICPOINTS card (virtual or physical) during the time of the transaction. Should the customer forget to scan the PACIFICPOINTS card, the transaction will not earn raffle entries.

5. All entries will be entered electronically. Members with mobile number linked to their PACIFICPOINTS profile will receive a weekly SMS notification on the total number of accumulated raffle entries.

6. For Shell points earning, IP&E Fleet card transaction purchases do not qualify to participate in this promotion. The promotion is valid for cash-paying members only. The definition of cash is payment via monetary currency, credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, or gift certificates.

7. Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw on January 5, 2024.

8. Prizes will be awarded through points and will later be converted to the assigned vouchers (except for iPhone 15). Vouchers and gift certificates are subject to Terms and Conditions set by partners.

9. Members may only win once. In the event that the customer has been selected twice, the prize with the higher value will be awarded.

10. All raffle winners will be contacted with the phone number and/or email address registered with their PACIFICPOINTS Member Account. If there is no response within 5 calendar days after the notification, another name will be pulled, and the original winner will forfeit their prize.

11. Eligible members must be 18-years or older to win. In the event the winner of the drawing is a minor (defined as a person under 18 years of age at the time of the drawing), the prize will be awarded to the minor only upon presentation or submission of a written consent by a parent or a guardian.

12. Awarded prizes may not be exchanged and is not transferable. Winners shall be responsible for reporting and payment of all applicable taxes and shall also be responsible for completing all necessary tax forms required by PACIFICPOINTS.

13. PACIFICPOINTS and its Partners in this promotion shall not be responsible for late, lost, or damaged PACIFICPOINTS Cards or App electronic issues.

14. PACIFICPOINTS reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this promotion without further notice.

15. PACIFICPOINTS reserves the right to interpret the rules of this promotion. PACIFICPOINTS reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) without further notice.

16. Acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s permission for PACIFICPOINTS’ use of the winner’s name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

17. By entering and participating in the promotion and accepting the prizes, winners agree to indemnify and hold PACIFICPOINTS, and its participating sponsors/partners, affiliates, and advertising agencies harmless; and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind relating to any accident, loss, injury, or death occurring in connection with this promotion or in any way related to the awarding and acceptance of the prizes or use/misuse thereof, or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use the prize.

18. Employees of PACIFICPOINTS, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising promotions agencies, agents, and their immediate families (which shall include individuals living within the same household) are not eligible to enter or win a raffle prize in this promotion.
