• Winners must have an active PACIFICPOINTS account at the time of drawing. Winners will be contacted by email or text message. They will have 7 calendar days from the notification date to respond, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another member.

• Members can only win once during the raffle draw. If a member has already been selected as a winner during the monthly draw, he/she will be automatically excluded from the succeeding monthly and grand raffle draw.

• Member must be 16 years or older to win. If the winner is under 16 years of age at the time of the drawing, the prize will be awarded only upon submission of a written consent by a parent or guardian.

• Any abuse or fraud with respect to transactions under the Program or redemption of Rewards will result in the cancellation of the Card Member’s participation in the Program, cancellation of the Card, and revocation of points or return of redeemed Rewards (or its reasonable compensation thereto).
